Digital Products

Coaching Services
For coaching and training services:
- Full refunds are available if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
- 50% refund if canceled between 24-48 hours before the scheduled session.
- No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- If a coach fails to attend a scheduled session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.
Tournament Registrations
For tournament and event registrations:
- Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the event date.
- 50% refund if canceled between 3-7 days before the event.
- No refund for cancellations less than 3 days before the event.
- If we cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to apply your registration to the rescheduled date or a future event.
Merchandise
For physical merchandise:
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
- Defective or damaged items can be returned for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Subscriptions
For subscription-based services:
- Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
